Double your donation to the Barneveld Area Food Pantry! During March and April the Feinstein Foundation will match donations of food or cash, up to one million dollars! Drop off your donation in the red tote in the library’s entryway.
The Barneveld Public Library is holding an open house to celebrate a collection of books received from the Libri Foundation of Eugene, Oregon. The Libri Foundation’s BOOKS FOR CHILDREN program is a 2 to 1 matching grant available to rural libraries. The Friends of the Barneveld Public Library raised $350 in its first Book Sale in May 2012. The Libri Foundation supporters, Linda Swartz and Jessica Seaton also contributed to the funds for the grant.
The open house will be held Jan 17 – 19 at the Barneveld Public Library, 107 W Orbison St, during regular hours. Light refreshments will be available.
